Stellar Industries is operated from the United States. By using the Game, you understand that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Game and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information. For users aged 13 to 17, we recommend parental guidance, particularly for in-app purchases.
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not currently respond to these signals because there is no consistent industry standard for handling them. We continue to honor opt-out choices expressed through the advertising industry opt-out resources listed in Section 6.
